The Employment Training Program offers supported employment placements within the community which attempts to:

Build self esteem
Employment etiquette
Job Exploring
Resume Preparation
Interview Experience
Hands on Training
The availability of a job coach
Outreach employment services for Wainwright and the surrounding areas
Work experience
Job shadowing
Pre-employment and on-site training
In—House Shredding
